Texas Roof and Fence was started by Steve Ormand and Nicky VanZandt of Denton, Texas. Denton is located just north of the Dallas Ft Worth Metroplex area and we serve all roofing and fencing customers all over Texas.

Steve Ormand has lived in Denton most of his life and graduated Denton High School in 1982. Steve attended UT Dallas and Southern Methodist University. He has received many professional awards and is an established businessman in the Denton community. He brings 5 years of roofing experience and almost 7 years of project accounting and administration as well as 15 years in manufacturing. His level of customer dedication is 2nd to none in the business world.

Nicky VanZandt has 15 years in the roofing business and has a quality standard that others have a hard time meeting. Nicky brings great customer service and workmanship to every project he is involved with.
